OK, if you must know, what happens is that you will be able to see our agent's screen and watch him fill out your application.  Or if you are a real go-getter, you can enter the data while we "supervise".

Hey, it beats wondering if you are getting anywhere close to providing the right information.  And it is great for show-and-tell if you want a guided tour of company brochures.  The agent can even share his family photos.....if you can handle the truth.
